The consumer has the right to inform the company within 15 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without needing to provide a reason for their decision. The goods must then be sent back to the company undamaged and in their original quantity within 15 days after notification. Returning the goods within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of contract withdrawal. The consumer bears the cost of the return. We also offer product exchanges. The purchase contract is stored by the company in electronic and written form, accessible upon prior request. If you choose to pay by pre-invoice, it will be sent to your email address, and once payment is received, the order will be processed, and the requested items will be sent to the specified address. Products in stock are shipped within five working days of receiving payment; for longer delivery times, we will notify you in advance. All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are only valid on the website www.olium.si. Images may be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual product.
