Nato mora to blago nepoškodovano in v nespremenjeni količini odposlati podjetju v 15 dneh po sporočilu. Vrnitev prejetega blaga v roku za odstop se šteje za sporočilo o odstopu od pogodbe. Stroške vračila krije potrošnik. Omogočamo tudi zamenjavo artikla.

Sklenjena pogodba o nakupu je shranjena pri podjetju v elektronski in pisni obliki, dostop do nje pa je možen po predhodni zahtevi.

Ko izberete plačilo po predračunu, vam ga pošljemo na vaš elektronski naslov, po prejemu plačila pa se izvede naročilo oz. vam pošljemo želene izdelke na navedeni naslov. Izdelki iz zaloge so poslani v petih delovnih dneh od prejema plačila, o daljšem dobavnem roku pa vas pravočasno obvestimo.

Vse cene vključujejo DDV in se lahko spremenijo brez predhodnega obvestila. Cene veljajo le na spletnih straneh www.olium.si. Slike so lahko samo simbolične in ne odražajo vedno v celoti dejanskega stanja.
